1.What is your turnaround time?
We aim to deliver photos by mid-morning the next business day. If you need them urgently, let us know, and we’ll prioritize your delivery.
2. What other services do you provide besides photography?
In addition to property photography, we offer aerial photography (drone), twilight shoots, 2D floor plans & virtual staging.
3. How should I prepare for the photographer?
To get the best results, it's recommended to declutter the space before the photoshoot. Clear kitchen benchtops, bathroom vanities, and showers, and store personal items out of sight. Outdoor areas should also be tidy, with garden hoses, tools, and pool accessories removed. Check out our ‘Prepare for your Appointment’ Guide.
4. Can you add our watermark or branding to the images?
Yes! Just send us your logo and let us know where you'd like it placed, and we’ll ensure it’s added to all future web files.
5. Can you add location markers or property boundaries to drone photos?
Yes, we can. After receiving the photos, just email us with your request, and we’ll add the necessary markers or outlines.
6. Can you remove unwanted items from the images?
Yes, we can remove unwanted items during post-processing to make your images look their best. However, extensive editing or more complex removals may incur an additional fee if requested after the shoot. It's best to declutter the space before the shoot to avoid the need for post-production editing.
7. How do I pay for your services?
Payments can be made via bank transfer. We ask ongoing clients to make payments within two weeks of the invoice date, or within two business days for one-off clients.
8. What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?
If the weather is poor and you still wish to proceed with the shoot, we can or return on a sunny day depending on availability. While we can digitally add blue skies, the absence of sunlight can make images appear dull. We always recommend shooting on sunny days for the best results.
9. Is there a cancellation fee?
We don’t charge a cancellation fee. However, if the photographer arrives at the property and cannot complete the shoot due to circumstances beyond our control, a fee may apply.
